Our Chef SOURNAC Arnaud will be happy to take care of the taste buds of your guests, offering them a regional cuisine, Cretan and gourmet.


Our chef works with local producers, such as ‘Les Fermes des Boutières’ in Creysse (3km) for products around the duck, or ‘Les Fermes les escartals’ in martel (4km) for Le Rocamadour cheese.

Our menu is very varied and our chef adapts to the wishes of our customers.


For the wine of honor, our menu offers a rigorous selection of salty petits fours and verrines salées.


Our chef adapts to the trends of the moment and also offers you a varied menu of cold workshops (cutting of ham before your guests, cutting of foie gras half-cooked, cutting of salmon gravlax …) that energize cocktails aperitifs and thus brings animation.


The hot workshops are also honored with live cooking of prawns kebab, or the making of mini duck burger, cantal & amp; purple mustard of Brive …
